Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with prior authorization.
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days
- Items must be returned within 15 days of RMA issuance
- Products must be unused and in original condition
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price only
- A 15% restocking fee applies
- Shipping, insurance, and handling are non-refundable
Non-returnable items:
- Special orders
- Modified or used products
Defective Items
If your item is defective:
- Contact us within 30 days
- We will replace the item with equal or better functionality
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We cover shipping for the replacement item (domestic orders only).
RMA Instructions
- An RMA number is required for all returns
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days
- Clearly display the RMA number on the return package
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
If your order included free shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Ohio are subject to 6.5% sales tax.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Report any:
- Missing items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
within 7 days of delivery.
Errors & Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including:
- Pricing errors
- Fraud prevention
Orders will be refunded if cancelled.
