Privacy
We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties. It's used only to process your order and provide the products and services you've requested, and we'll only share it if required by law.
Shipping & Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Ohio are subject to 6.5% sales tax unless tax exempt.
If your order qualifies for free shipping and is later returned, the actual shipping cost we paid is deducted from your refund.
Returns
Not satisfied with an item? You can return it with prior authorization:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days.
- Once issued, your RMA is valid for 15 days — return the item within that window.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued for the item's purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable. Special orders and modified or used products aren't eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged, doesn't work properly, or isn't what you ordered — wrong item or wrong quantity — contact us within 30 days. We'll cover the cost of making it right, including shipping the correct item to you and, if we need the original back, shipping that too.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons such as a pricing error or fraud prevention. If we do, you'll be refunded in full.
